Established in 2018 in Lagos, SFFL is a co-ed flag football league, aimed at bringing together all individuals interested in fitness, fun, and family.

Shitsuke Flag Football League has a strong and growing social media presence with over 20,000 impressions on Instagram posts, reaching over 10,500 people across the globe and across different age demographics. Starting from season 3, games are now available to watch on YouTube. Game day boasts about 200-300 spectators with numbers increasing for playoff games and the championship finals.

The league has been featured on BBC, multiple news paper publications, radio stations and commercials across Nigeria In Season 5, 10 teams will compete across two divisions (Eko North and South) for the ultimate prize: THE CHAMPIONSHIP CUP

We are a co-ed amateur flag football team based in Lagos and compete exclusively in shitsuke flag football league. The team has approximately 36 members, ranging in year from 8 (our baby panthers) to 30 plus. The team is owned by two of the most brilliant minds ever. The administration associated with running the team falls to owners and to a few dedicated player volunteers; many of whom have their own busy lives including full-time employment

We take our name from one of the greatest predators alive – Black Panther’s, as well as Marvel Comics character of the same name – The Black Panther, leader of the people of Wakanda. We call ourselves Panthers because;
